Join the PR Club for an intimate tour of the WBZ-TV studios, hosted by award-winning journalist Paula Ebben. Ms. Ebben, anchor of CBS News’ 5:30 and 8 pm broadcasts, will take us behind the cameras in a tour that includes the anchor desk, the assignment desk, the weather center, and the newsroom where editors will be working on that day’s broadcast. You’ll also be invited to stay to watch the 8 pm news broadcast that evening.
You’ll come away from this program with an understanding of the various departments that collaborate to create the run-down for a live news program – and ideas for how you can most successfully pitch your company or clients.
